The Datum Client Portal ("the Portal") is provided by SurvTech Ltd ("SurvSync", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, to allow property survey clients to securely access documents, sign reports, and manage payments relating to their survey instructions.
Access to the Portal is granted by your surveying company. By using the Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the Portal.
Your Portal account is created on your behalf by your surveying company. You are responsible for:
You may change your password at any time from the Change Password page.
You may use the Portal only for its intended purpose — to access, view, download, and sign survey documents relating to your property instruction, and to make authorised payments.

Documents made available through the Portal are prepared by your surveying company, not by SurvSync. SurvSync provides the technology platform only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any survey documents accessed through the Portal.
Any dispute about survey findings, recommendations, or document content should be raised directly with your surveying company.
The Portal allows you to sign documents electronically. By applying an electronic signature, you confirm that:
A record of each signing event is stored securely, including the date, time, and document reference.
Where survey fees are collected through the Portal, payments are processed by Stripe, an independent payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. SurvSync does not store your card details.
All payment amounts, due dates, and descriptions shown in the Portal are set by your surveying company. Any queries about payment amounts should be directed to them.
We aim to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Portal with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurvSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal. Our total liability to you in connection with the Portal shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
